SOULS is an organization founded as a direct initiative of the Global Platform for Action and the declaration adopted in Beijing at the Fourth World conference on Women which reaffirms the need for economic empowerment of women.

It’s main objectives are to identify programs and businesses which assist women in meeting their needs to acquire viable positions in the work place and to provide resources for the development of their products and services.
